Terms of Service

The service is provided by the administrator of the sinners.net service. You can reach the administrator at support@sinners.net.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable law. Sinners is intended for users in the United States. You may not use the service if you have been convicted of a sexual offense.

• You provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One person or one couple per profile. Couple profiles require both partners to agree and to verify.
• You complete age and identity verification with a government ID and a live selfie before you receive a verified badge. We may limit features for unverified profiles.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person or let anyone else use yours.

You may not use Sinners to:

• offer, request or arrange sexual services in exchange for money, gifts or anything of value, including escorting and sugar arrangements framed as payment for sex;
• engage in or facilitate human trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any kind;
• contact, depict or discuss minors in any sexual context, or allow anyone under 18 to use your account;
• impersonate anyone, use photos of other people or create fake profiles;
• harass, threaten, stalk or pressure anyone, including after they have said no;
• post nudity or sexually explicit content in public photos;
• share another member's photos, messages or personal information outside the service;
• spam, advertise, sell products or solicit money;
• scrape, copy or automate access to the service.

Violations may lead to immediate removal, a permanent ban and reports to law enforcement where required.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a limited license to host, display and process them only to provide the service to you and to members you choose to share with. You confirm that every person shown in your content is an adult who consented to it being shared. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our community guidelines.

Events are organized by hosts, not by Sinners. Hosts are responsible for their venues, local licensing and compliance with the law. Sinners provides listings, RSVP tools and verified guest lists. Attend events at your own discretion and follow the house rules of each host.

• Memberships are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel renewal at any time in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Moving to a higher plan is charged right away for the difference, and the new plan starts once the payment succeeds.
• Payments are processed by a secure payment provider for adult services. The charge appears under a neutral descriptor.

Payments are final and non refundable, including partial periods and unused features. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a payment already made. We refund only in these cases: you were charged twice for the same period; a charge was made without your authorization and you report it to us; or the service was completely unavailable for a period you paid for. Write to support@sinners.net with the details. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, that right ends once you request immediate access to the paid service and access begins, and you confirm this request at checkout.

Sinners verifies age and identity but cannot guarantee the behavior of any member. Take sensible precautions when meeting people, as described on our safety page. Report anything that worries you.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is subject to a legal request. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Sections on content, payments, liability and disputes survive termination.

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of members and hosts on or off the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the service before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
